I am not able to control my anger and behaviour Very emotional and dipration

From last 3 year i always feel that i get heart attach any time. i was done lots of test but every thing is good. but my weight is 100 kg above and i was try to walk and gym but i always feel that i get heart attach if i run walk or gyming.

I used nexito 10mg from 4years.. Now, i am taking nexito 5mg from a week.. Having head ache after 4hours of taking tablet.. Can you suggest me.. How much dose shall i take to taper off and how many weeks..

Constant feeling of depression ,low energy. High anxiety issues. Insomnia and suicidal thoughts.

I have just started to take a 5mg dose of Lexapro and am feeling a little out of it and dizzy - is this normal? How long do you think this will take to wear off.

Hello. I've been suffering from severe insomnia (ended me up in the Psych Ward for a week), but now I have 400mg Seroquel and 100mg Trazadome, and that has done wonders for my sleeping problems. However, three years ago I had a traumatic event that now I have severe anxiety (particularly on planes and automobiles). It's so bad that I've been fired from work and failed semesters of school. Docs tried 3-4 different SSRIs, but the only thing that has helped is judiciously taking Benzos. I need help

One guy dump me around 4 months back. I don't know the reason behind it. After broke up, that guy suddenly got married which I can't digest. I have not anything wrong with him then why he did this to me. In the same time, I do have some family issues. I don't know how to concentrate on the things.
