Few days ago I was suffered from fever.after that my tongue is suffered with numbness.and lack of sleep.please give me a solution

A relative has mental illness and starts yelling, throwing and breaking items at the smallest of issues. But this is not all the time.. these attacks are sudden and uninvited. The patient calms down once he has vented out the frustration on people around. Kindly help with the diagnosis of the same and how it can be treated.

I know this is a big thing, but I am an adult who is very certain I have autism. I would like to know how I can pursue a diagnosis? This comes from years of self evaluation and research. I am genuinely, almost definitely certain, but don't feel comfortable labeling myself without a doctor's agreement.

Since a long time, one of my friend is under going what i think is a type of depression. He has rigorous mood swings. At present he is not working any where. My son is in medical college at 4th year.before 4 months became talking strange thoughts. Sycolgical doctor prescribed prexal 10 mg.he is good know but the main problem is long sleeping about 14 -20 hours....and he couldn't learn (follow his lessons)....he asked to reduce for 5mg daily... second question.when does he stop the medicine?

Actually a year ago i suffered from facial paraylysis aftrwords my all focus is on my problem only and i feel guilty at night when trying to sleep because i broke a boys heart who was very sweet i want to talk to him and say sorry because he is still very nice to me and always care for me. So due to this i m unable to sleep and feel nervous always .i also feel that i m second girl child and burden on my parents..

I am having migraine from the last 3 years , earlier it is occasionally, nowadays every alternative day it occur. Several times I take Naxdom 250 mg , vomiting also happen after severe pain. Kindly recommend best method and medicine to get rid of this. Regards Tarun Dhawan
