Have been taking it for past 5 months. Started feeling dizzy since last 45 days. The dizziness is mild & starts in the morning and sometimes lasts for 2 hours to 8 hours. Can't concentrate/focus when I have this dizziness. My doctor says the medicine (Depranex) would not cause it. But the side effects mentioned list dizziness as a probable side effect. Also been taking Becocnx OD and Valprol 200 daily for migraine for the same period of 5 months. Pls advise what I should do?

28 year male, Always feeling tension, worthless, fear of future, anxitey at social situations, angry, Fear to speak with girl, dont want to get out of home just go to office and come back to home like to do something but cant due to lazy or something, cofusion for decetion making, Not active in any situations

Hi , i am not sure if wht i am feeling comes under depression. I am these days always angry loose my patience on small things. If someone says anything bad, i can't take it out of my mind. I have lots of self doubt these day and face a hard time in trying to get some sleep, it feels like i am drowning. I am not sure i really need psychiatrist help.

Help I had a panic attack when I was asleep for only half hours and I'm very scared and I can't go back to sleep and I keep walking around the house from fear can't stop I'm scared to go to sleep keep crying

I have anxiety and depression and with school starting back up it seems to be 100 times worse. I want to tell my teachers so I can leave class if I’m having a panic attack but I don’t want them to think it’s an accuse or think differently about me. Is there any medication or medical ways to deal with this
