Sir/mam,I have a problem of over consciousness, over thinking, dizziness,sleep distraction,lack of confidence and desire and negativity .etc , so please suggest me what to do to recover from these

Recently my OCD has shifted to my sleep and i cant sleep now since a month.My attention shifts to my neck and i cant sleep.Please advise

I have urges for revenge. I hate things. I feel like I'm incapable of doing anything. I'm low. I'm no one.

My child is just 7 year old. He is academically very bright. Has won many prizes and awards. But lately he is saying that he is getting weird thoughts. Like about women. At first he was very scared as to why such thoughts are coming to him. And he was very guilty for that and started crying. I tried to make him understand that it's natural. I have treated myself from nimhans bangalore before 4 years with nexito.colontril and lamitrogen they have given me after that i have started taking drugs like that tramadol hydrochloride with cannabis and Marijuana and before two months i have stopped suddenly all these things my before illness started and i am again go to bangalore they have given me colontril 0.5 and nexito 10 mg i am taking these medications before 10 days but now can i taken 12.5 mg lamotrigine from my side can i take plz
