Hi sir this shiva iam suffering from mental stress and depression over thinking and there is consistency and changing my thoughts easily and doing multi task at a time I can't able to manage that's i can't able to concentrate on interviews and competitive exams pls give solution for me I need to solve the problem because I lost so many years i in my life

Cant concentrate on my work whatever am doing, i used to loose control on my anger bt didnt say anything and tried to hurt myself,I tried to commit suicide also, feel all alone,as there is no one for me. I dont know how to explain cant explain y pblm. please help

My wife is suffering with negative thoughts for 2 years back and she complainet chest pain oftenly and constant headache and sleeplessness.she always tell that she will die soon....plz help

I am getting negative thoughts and some times palpitations and thinking too much and getting nervous not able to concentrate on work

Recently and quite often at night I've been having a hard time where I all of a sudden experience short, rapid breaths, chest tightening/little pain, feeling like I'm not in control of it and it pretty much always leads to tears and it lasts for at least half an hour if not more. Sometime it starts when my mind thinks of a stressor in my life and then that feeling of stress/anxiety just snowballs out of control. It feels nearly impossible to pull myself out of one of these episodes

I hit my head a couple days ago and have a really bad headache and hurts to listen or look at something bright

I have been facing many issues and I have to consult a psychologist Family issues are increasing

Having brain problem since my big brother have accident at the age of 4. now he can understand our language but he can not do anything without our help, even he can not recognize money currency,
