Serious bouts of sadness, crying spells, irritability and zero motivation for anything, over sleeping, 7-10 before my period. It's been going on for almost a year or more and always cyclical. I'm prone to little.anxiety otherwise but this time period is exceptionally difficult.

Hi, im 18 years old and currently pursuing btech in cse. I was a bright student till 6th when my parents shifted me to a different school, since then i have never had any interest in studies and dont know what the reason is for that. Whenever i sit down for study or think about studying i never do it or fall asleep after 5 mins of studying. I wanna regain back my old me when i never said no to studies. Could someone suggest me if i should go see a hypnotherapist so i could do better?

I m suffering from deppreation 1 year. I take medicine properly. But when I stop taking medicine the same problem begain. I m completely depending on antideppresion drugs.

'm 20, college student and my problem is when I'm doing an activity in our class room my hands and legs are begin to shaky. Even I'm going to relax my self still I'm shaky but after I do the activity my shaky is done. What How I'm going to do. Please help me. It so embarrassing. What are the naturals I do. Broken up with 7 year old friend (only 3 months of Relationship).. currently from last 2 months in no contact.. way better than before.. however need further help to completely heal from it..

I doubt this is very serious, im 14 but i have a lot of migranes and headaches. especially near my forehead, and i cant pull my thoughts together and my vision gets really blurry and my heart race starts speeding up. i went to a hospital for this before and they said it was anxiety but i really do not know

I have always had depression. I took tramadol for my back pain and found it helped me with my depression . It was magic ... I became happier and more concentrated. Now I am having panic attacks and I don't know what to do ... Tramadol was the only medicine that treated my depression and I don't want to stop it unless I find an alternative ... to note that I have tried cypralex, effexor and didn't work.
