My father is talking himself, and he is not taking food, and he is not sleeping night time, he is sleeping some times in day time,

I can't sleep for more than 4-5 hours every night I face problem in sleeping and troubled with too much anxiety. Can I have some pill which can relax my nervous system and make me sleep for a longer duration and help me sleep quickly

My daughter is 15years old. She is a normal child but suffers from strange pattern of plucking her own hair. It's been a year now. The condition is severe. She is balding rapidly. Out of shyness ahe refuses to c any doctor. As a mother I tried discussing with her for reasons she does that to herself but she is clueless. Please help how do I handle her case. Meanwhile i am trying home remediea to get her lost hair back. The process is slow and am getting anxious now. But She seems cool to me.HELP
