Severe anxiety and panic attacks the medication my doctor has prescribed me Isis not working

I have been facing mental frastration loneliness self harming mentally break down

I have extreme depression and OCD too, from last 2-3 years, i already consult doctor but nothing change for me, they just give medicine and i sleeping all dayplease help

My age is 35, I am not working,I have 4 years kid,he is boy, he is not too much nothing, but I beat in him too much,he didn't care my words,why I don't no, owners problem,tenets problem

I move to university in September and it was all going good, I made friends with some people and I’ve been enjoying my course, I’ve noticed since coming here I get sadder a lot easier than I did when I was home. Recently especially in the last 2 weeks I think I’ve had homesick and I get occasionally really sad for no reason. Also I haven’t been sleeping at all and I get anxiety when I get into bed because I feel I won’t be able to sleep again

Hi would need a psychiatrist to help me with some serious depression and anxiety issues as I am trying to cope up but now I am not able to I have through a tough childhood, unhealthy relationship, abusive relationship have been betrayed and cheated I need some help . Any one who can help me out

Hi sir I have been facing loss of interest problem from long time now it's in peek not able to read anything, even if I read not able to catch immediately, and not able to talk with anyone with eye contact,

I have broken up with my girlfriend (7 year friendship and 3 months relationship) 2 months ago..since then in no contact with her.. currently feeling much better without her..but still in free time i still wonder whe she choose to be friend for life with her ex (who is in her workplace) instead being with me for forever..also she will find new guy.
