Am a girl.i am worrying about headach everyday.and also i am talking my self and smiling.i get very tention about small things also,in that time i cant understand what am doing.every day i am struggeling lot about it.why? Am i healthy girl or not?

Hi .. I have low concentration n focus. my learning capacity is also low. am under depression most of the time. Sir i was addicted to tramadol and parostmol tablet for four years . i was taking it twice a day as it was given to my for knee surgery. but i became habitual of it and whenever i stoped to take it i had severe widrawal symptoms. i hav managed to stop taking it and one of the doctor recomended me to take etilam. 5 twice and now when i stop taking it i feel like my mind has stuck and it doesnt work. im unable to concentrate and remember anything and fell restlessness as my body needs it.plz help
