This is something weird, everyday I start my day planning and thinking "I should not make anything mess", habit of measuring everything before saying, do not feel comfortable in being candid with anyone, if somehow I am able to be little Frank with anyone I keep analysing the whole conversation in my mind again and again, at the end of the day I recall my activities throughout the day trying to find "did I say/do something wrong", a feeling of guilt not sure what, people perceive me a someone intelligent by I feel what I explained. Can someone answer what is it?or any way to let it go?
