I hear voices, but they're inside my head not external. I am very paranoid about being followed and people breaking into my things to a point that it disrupts my daily life.

What medicine would be best for anxiety, depression, ocd, and social phobia? I took effexor a few years ago and it made me very hyper/wired, I don't want that.

I have anxiety depression disorders.so I cannot continue my studies and not engaged in jobs. I  fell uneasy  in social activities

Because of irritation on my whole body, Im unable to study for my exams. I think it's coz of winter . I have applied oil and cream but it's not helping. Plz tell me a remedy.

I have a male friend he is a kind of reticent he always keeps his emotions and feelings to himself , we have tried a lot but he is not opening up and he is very sad due to his relationship, when we force him to open up and say somethings either he tries to change the topic or goes away . i want to help him but i have tried my best i need assistance so that i can help him open up and tell what is going on with him

Sir, I always feel very sad I get very angry in small things. I mostly feel very irritated. Because of this, for 2, 3 years I prefer to be my room alone. Slowly my friends will also be separated from me. And I'm drinking too much alcohol. I'm completely depressed .. Is there any cure for this?

My final exams are going on... anxiety and stress has kicked in . Sudden day time drowsiness and poor concerntration . I have been using propanol 10 mg since 8 days ,once a day. What can be the reason? And i also have modalert 100 mg at home. Can i use it ? And when ?
