Iam feeling negatively can I do it or not;can I cross the road properly or anything Will happen what iam doing is wrong

I have been in extreme depression since a month. Having recently suffered a breakup, I feel lost and filled with anxiety. I start crying every now and then and don’t like anything. I feel everybody is going away and fear losing people. I constantly crave attention of my boyfriend, and not having that makes me insane. I know this will get better with time and I know I need to indulge myself in other activities but all that seems next to impossible and I feel helpless.

Can I get an answer other than “please see a psychiatrist” please. I don’t want my parents to know. I have phobias(entomophobia, mysophobia)my 2 best friends have big problems (one’s brother died not long ago of a cancer and the other one suffers from depression and anorexia)then my favorite singer committed suicide not long ago and I do self harm. I also suffered from depression last year and I also did self harm but it got better and now it starts again. My mood always changes as if it had to

I have been taking lurasid 80 since one month and before that I was taking Lurasid 40 mg and a year before I was taking fluvoxin cr 100 and suddenly I went to a new doctor and told somethings which were unbelievable for others but I know they were true. So he said I have schizophrenia and one doctor who is M.D in Homeopathy said I have bipolar disorder and not schizophrenia. So what I might be having?

My boyfriend and a close friend of mine have noticed in different scenarios that I've been quickly jumping from one topic to another when I'm talking to them (both in texts and in person). Also, I've had days when I really lose energy and the drive to do my tasks at school, even at home for no reason. When I'm meeting old and new friends in gatherings, I tend to get super happy at first and then suddenly stop talking after a while which I find really weird. Is this a bipolar disorder?
