I had my baby and been feeling sad and crying. i was told i have post partum depression

The person I love is a married woman. I need someone to hear me out. We were in a relationship for a couple of months until she decided she needs to re pursue her relationship with her husband. Fact is, we work in the same office and same team so our interaction is constant. She also wants me to be with her but as a close friend which I am not really ready for.

I have been taking Risperidone for past 4 years. Actually my problem was anxiety caused overthinking. But my doctor misdiagnosed it as Psychosis and prescribed me Risperidine. So my mental condition is very bad.I have every symptoms of low dopamine level. What will Risperidine do with a person having normal dopamine level? I have every symptoms of low dopamine level. How can I check my dopamine level??

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety since early October last year and have been taking antidepressants ever since. I have been in a number of different types since and I am now on 150mg of sertraline once in the morning every day. However I intentionally took more around a week ago and don't know what will have happened to me. Samaritans said I should call 111 but I'm too scared of what they will do if I tell them

I think i have a problem, i never react to danger situations, i am always calm, never ever afraid and i am starting to feel that it is something wrong eith me because in any situation i never get angry, nor scared, things i should get angry over but i never so, couple of says ago a car was almost so near to hot me and i was so calm, my reaction was so slow and i didnt care, i am always quite, and it has been like that for a year

I decided to try and find help and so far I have not been very successful, but I'm hoping this site may be able to help me. I am 14 and am having a hard time at the moment. I self harm. My girlfriend stalks my Facebook page and sees pictures of ladies with big breasts. She does not have them. She makes a huge ordeal over it and says that since that's what I like I'm a pervert, I can't possibly like her and then tells me she need a drink. What can I say to her to stop this attitude?
