I have tried almost all possible ways to get rid of anxiety. But i failed. I'm getting really very much depressed thinking about by health. I use to get tensed and depressed in almost everything.... Exams, health problems....... Everything..... I'm having IBS problem now..This will cure only if I stop taking stress. But i can't stop having stress.

I have anxiety and social phobia from child hood but now it has increased I become restless and sweating occurs.I also find difficult in sleeping.

I've been experiencing problems about face to face social interaction with people, i dont know if i should consider myself as mentally ill since i also experience lacking of will to live. I want to get help if I ever have one but idont know where.. i took tests online and they said its very high but i dont know, im sorry.

I am a student of a good college of kolkata. I am a good student. I always stand in top 3 in my school. Now as it is a residential college, I have to stay here. But still I tried to study well. I am now in top 6 of the college. But I see that how much hard I try, I can not stand over my those five friends. Even in my second year of college, I can not remember the stuff I have studied in my first year, sometimes I become depressed also. However I continued my try. tell me to convince mind.

Sir, My wife is suffering from hypothyroidism. It was under control but suddenly her behavior changed like anxiety. Assuming it as effect of cold she went to doctor and was given Fluzin 20. After taking this medicine her condition worsened and the Fluzin was stopped after taking 03 tablets. Latter on test came and TSH was found #165. Now she is taking eltroxin 50. But effects of Fluzin are still there. Please help overcome the effects of Fluzin.
