I have depression for past 10 years and i have been taking Manasamitravatakam.Now for past 10 months, I am bipolar 1 patient and i am taking psychotropic medicines.Now i wish to take manasamitravatakam along with these anti depressants.whether i can take these two medications together?

Is it possible to have OCD, without the obsession? I don't suffer from any "intrusive thoughts" or anything on the obsessive thought side, but do spend more than an hour a day going through my strange rituals (unwillingly) and performing compulsions. I struggle with very minor hoarding tendencies and am extremely resistant to change. I seem to fit most criteria for the compulsive aspect of OCD, just not the obsessive side. Could this still be OCD, or something else?

There is always a constant feeling of negativity inside, insecurity oozing up whenever come across an emotional event. A constant need to satisfy & please other no matter if its wrong or not just in some cases. Cant keep relationships as I have trust issues. I want to help people but i know i cant because i am unable to help myself. Can anybody read into this? Can anybody help me in helping me ??

Feeling depression and I am taking medicine since 4 years and some times loosing hope on my self

Hello, My sister is married. She lives alone with her husband and 15 months old kid. I noticed lately she says "i'm hating it" ;about her situation; all the time. But what made me really worried is that she started making lots of unfunny "lying?" Jokes for example she tells me:"our little cousin talked bad about you behind your back" or "dad slapped our sister this morning" and of course none is true. I know this reflects her psychological state which I want to know about exactly. Thank you

I will be talking to someone and forget everything I am talking about mid sentence and dont know where to pick up so o have to ask them what we were just talking about. It’s like the train goes right off the track and my vision is like a camera lense unable to focus. What could that be?
