My father seems to be very anxious. Nothing seems to make him happy. He gets irritated and angry very easily. He is a heart patient but his health is pretty much in control. He underwent a hip replacement surgery which was also successful. His doc has told him to walk n exercise but he manages to do probably only half of it. He doesn't have the confidence and keeps on complaining about his health

I urge to steal things, I am horrified by it nd i am becoming rude, having sleepless nights from last 2 years..I am not sure what it is..but I am getting irritated angry..always in stress.plz suggest

I have bipolar 2 disorder. I take lithium since 2 years. My weight has increased from 67 kg to 83 kg and is still increasing. I now want to stop/change medication. Can I use limotrigine instead of lithium as a mood stabilizer. What are its pros and cons. Pls help.

I'm a recently graduated doctor who started internship one month back..i was having anxiety and depression earlier as well..this time i ended up in the same situation and feel like giving up and currently i have taken a leave from internship..also i do feel like i am lacking practical skills to be a doctor eventhough i got good grades and i am really scared of going to the hospital even..i feel like changing the profession like joining pharmaceutical industry and do some other degree at the same

Stopped medication due to people around... They are not meeting my nominal expectations... I dont understand this...

I'm not sure about by mental health, I'm lacking concentration in every thing. Wether it is listening to music, watching something or anything. I don't know if it is an anxiety or depression but it is now affecting my studies. I don't know what is causing this and if it is depression or not. I'm afraid that if i consult to any doctor what am i suppose to say to him/her. Am i overreacting? Or I'm stressed?

I am having headache from since 11months. U always remain in stress. Everything thing that happens keeps going on in my mind. Sometimes I feel as if I will faint and fall down..
