I have overthinking problem n i want to concentrate for my exams.i m unable to focus.i hv a heavy head all the time..n m lost..please help.i hv issues in decision making and making friends I keep forgetting things

I am suffering from long term memory nearly 3 years. what is solution to correct it?(medicine or anything)

I think I've been in depression since the last few years and never really addressed it. Now I'm with someone but I get angry a lot and always try to end things even if it's relationships or friendships.

Iam suffering from anxeity panic attackts now im using escipra 10mg lonazeep o.25 mg .. My symotms : 1 my brain saying something&Heart sayimg something this is my major problem 2 negtive thougthts 3 neck pains & headache 4 lost of intresr and control My problems are mentioned above cleary now answer my qustion What i have to listen brain or heart

I have been in a very depressive mood from about 7 months. I am dealing with very bad relationships with people in my life. I sometimes feel like hurting myself, and i often hurt myself.I just need to get rid of this situation otherwise I won't be able to focus on my career. please help me out with this problem.

From 3 months finding my self confused to understand others and also feeling unhappy. Not able engage and enjoying with even family members and parents. Continuous think about office or anything and became inefficient. What happened to me and what type of treatment required?

My father had brain stroke couple of years back. He has recovered from it but now he seems to be having trouble remembering things.. specially recent/daily things like eating medicines, he would ask same question again and again even when answered to each time. Is this dementia? Can this be treated?
