I am having trouble in getting sleep from last few weeks. I end up waking during night and then unable to sleep. Please help me.

Sir/mam, I am very in trouble for last 6-7 months. I am not happy. I become pessimistic. I am always in tense. Sad on small small things. No hope for life. Thought of suiside comes to my mind.

I am taking Fluvoxamine 100 mg for last 10 days. The chemist gave me a Fluvoxamine 100 mg CR. Are these both the same medicine?

My sister has some form of mental illness. She left her job 6 years back and tried in many govt exams but failed. Now she refuses to work. Sits idle, no routine, irregular eating habits. She doesn't want to talk about her future. She doesn't acknowledge that there is a problem, refuses to visit doctor. When taken on some other pretext, just ran away from there. I have doubt whether she has schizophrenia or some other psychotic disorder. Please suggest what should we do.

I have social anxiety and lack confidence.Whenever i am in public I get nervous and I can't control my expression and I look scared. I had this trembling issue before but now I don't experience it. I even tried to buy Zoloft(sertraline) online but they all require prescription. I developed this issue in my teenage. Please help me.Thank you.
