Friend's confusion. To his trust?

1 of my friend(boy) is in love with a girl, but within families they are moving the matter like an arranged marriage, as the boy resides in village, girl's family is putting a condition that he has to move to a city by leaving his parents back over there. Girl will say like she needs the boy, it's not her wish and at the same time indirectly supporting to her family members wish. At 1 point of time boy suspects girl may be playing a double game, questioned about the genuineness of her love, in the process proving that she sent her nude pic to boy. Here question is what type of girl she is? When it comes to luxury and nuclear family she is fond of that, but making family members reason for that. Is she affordable to his trust? For extra information- girl is also with a village background and studied upto 1st puc, financially not well, boy's position in the village is well, he is earning a smart amt through his business.
