I am not able to sleep for last 5-6 months .earlier i was able to sleep for 2-3 days a week and now its not possible . totally insomniac

I cannot seem to be motivated like i did before. I do not have the will and energy to do the things i need to do. getting up to get things done is like a chore. i also do not like to study or gt school work done

Im in a stage of depression .... im 21 yr old ..i really wanna get this thing out of my head... i cant sleep or eat..

Hi, i got married 6 years ago and i moved to Dubai after wedding i had 2 kids their girl 5 years and boy 2 years. after 6 years i decided to move to my home country because of economic wise and my husband agreed and he stayed to work their. after i moved with the kids lot of things changed my relation with my husband with kids and kids behavior is getting worth specially when i start working. im the reason i dig them into this i feel guilty and sad

Facing depression sleep issue not able to take any decision not able to concentrate

I feel like a depression 10 years ago people think about dead people constantly coming to the brain and thinking does not come out of the mind and the nervousness sounds like restlessness and fear.

Serve depression and can't concentrate in studies have exams coming soon. haven't slept from past 8 days. but can't afford a psychologist.

Hey, I am not able to find out that people around me are wrong or there is a fault in me. I find my parents being too much annoying and not understanding me. Scolding me every time sometimes it is without any reason whenever they see me (especially mom) she just gets angry and if I do something not wrong but things go wrong because she wants a reason or no reason to scold and I do have a problem with my college environment.

My mom is schizophrenic. Her problem has persisted for more than 15 years. My father takes no initiative to treat her because he is scared that she will hit us. She has auditory hallucinations. She thinks all my, my sister's and my father's actions are being controlled by a third group which she never specified who is this 'third group'. She says that the is this radio station which is being remotely controlled and controls our actions. She not only says we are being controlled but also people in our colony, on the streets and her near relatives. She thinks that the internet we get is being controlled and whatever information we get is first edited out and then we get the information the 'third party' wants us to see. Even when we watch a movie she says that the movie has no storyline even if she has just watched 5 mins of the movie and says it for edited out first and then upload for us to watch.

I have been experiencing negative thoughts about my Life God through out the day .There will be no control of that negative thoughts in my mind. due to this I feel very down all the day ,not able to concentrate on my studies.
