Suffering from OCd. constant headache sometimes repeating sentences and headache

I am unable to concentrate on my studies and tend to overthink too much. I am not able to calm myself and becoming aggressive in my thoughts.All I am getting is negative vibes. If you can just help me.

My husband is an alcoholic, he hmead been to de-addiction centre 1.8 years back and was under psychiatric medication Mitpin and Sulfam. He was sober was 1.5 years , since October he has started drinking and lot of behavioural changes in him is causing lot of stress and resentment in me . He is completely different character once he takes alcohol.He is adamant and sometimes very insensitive . Please advise what best can I do now?

Hi.. I am depressed.. I have a 2 year baby.. feels lonely.. tired. And sad.. don't have confidence.. I was chatter box in school time... I m confused.. scared most of the time.. don't know what to do.. need to talk to u.. but can't come personally there.. Is there any other way

Hello, sorry if my english isn't that good. Here goes, Ever since my childhood I have had a somewhat of a sadistic nature, I constantly kill and injure animals i find in our backyard;from ducklings, chicks, chickens, dogs, you name it.That occured o think from ever since i can remember until the start of middle school. And now I think as an adult teen, the urges are coming back and i am afraid that my urges are not limited to animals anymore. Is there something wrong with me?

I was not bitten or scratched by a dag just it's saliva touched my hand who is dead . I take tetanus toxoid within 24 hours and 1 st dose of rabies vaccine within 72 hours I am always feeling that i will die of rabies .Please help me I can not concentrate in any thing veterinarian also informed that the dog was not rabid .he died due to worm. But I always fear that his infected saliva had entered my house and always having the fear of being dead with rabies please help me to get rid of this problem.
