Headache and dizziness
I am unable to focus on my studies because of mild headache and sever dizziness. I end up loosing focus along with headache very soon. Pain occurs on the back side of head that is above the neck portion. During the day time I feel dizzy and at night it's hard to sleep sometimes.

Hello Friend, Good that your seeking to help. Reason for headaches are many like either from body or mind. Ex digestion, constipation, blood pressure, sinus etc cause headaches from body. Stress, anxiety or depression causes headaches from mind. So it's important to isolated it. In your case, it be due to exam pressure, eating, lifestyle, usage of mobile, Internet etc. Just organize your day and control your lifestyle. If you still need assistance, the take a counseling support.
Health Tips
Regulate your study schedule. Sit in a ergonomic posture while studying. Have a cup od warm milk before sleep.  . Do a oil massage for your neck and do foot massage for good sleep.
