Can I take neurobion forte and folvite  tablet while taking antidepressants paxi cr 12.5 alternative days

Can't able to sleep, due to personal life issues think all day night, having anxiety issue, severe headache

Can I fast once in a week while taking paxi cr -12.5 alternative days. May I follow the nature cure kind of lifestyle fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch and slightly cooked meals for dinner.

My Wife is a mother of one month baby and she was okay till last month talking to everyone in family . Now she is slowly becoming silent and not responding to any conversations. I m worried about my kid she has just born and my wife had bipolar disorder for which she stopped tablets last 6 months back Is it something related to disorder or any other issue. She also had tiny wounds in hand which made me more worry. She is not answering anything about it . Please suggest.. should I visit the doctor???

I've been struggling with a sleeping problem. I seem to fall asleep without my knowledge. When someone wakes me up in the middle of the night, I seem to blabber things that are totally unrelated, as if I've been doing office work or some other work all along. This is causing so many problems in my relationship. I'm unable to control my sleep after a certain time. I can't remember any of this in the morning, even if my girlfriend narrates the whole thing. Is this a sleep disorder? Is this confusional arousal? Is there a way to resolve this and repair my relationship?

I have been suffering from leg pain since couple of months. Currently i am taking tryptomer 10mg for IBS diarrhea. meanwhile i took painkiller, started B12 injections but no use. my psychiatrist suggested to try lonazep 0.5 for leg pain and i took it for 2days. now pain is reduced so can we come to conclusion that leg pain is due to anxiety?

I took pregabalin 75 yesterday for leg pain but i felt various side effects like nausea, restless ness, headache, giddiness, drowsiness. pain reduced due to thia medicine. any alternative medicine which has less aide effects? thank you

My Doctor prescribed me topiral 100 mg to prevent migraine but while going through side effects of the medicine in the internet i heard that medicine cause kidney, liver damage and hair loss... Is that true???... I have bipolar disorder too... Im on oxetol 300 mg and stalopam plus also... I just started topiral 100 mg... Im worried about side effects pls help me out... Pls advice...

Is olanzapine makes  very much sleepy and sedative? Because I am taking it with paroxetine... Dr prescribed it with paroxetine... I was not taking it since I know that i can't cope with antipsychotic... But one oday i took 1 tab and i am feeling extremely sleepy through out the day... What might be the cause
