I want to undergo psychiatric assessment for me to know if I have a mental condition. I am frequently talking to myself and loosing confidence to myself gradually because of woman rejections. Is it depression? Please help.

I've been suffering from mental sickness. Whatever evil I see or hear I start relating it with my loved ones. Also I was very close to god but I have started relating such foul thoughts to them too.

I have been depressed for a few months. I need help as I am having problems getting by the day.

My husband just experienced "like someone putting their hand over is mouth and cutting off air supply". He started breathing again, but didnt underatand why that happened

I've been having ringworms from 2 months used many medicines like itch guard but no permanent relief

My self esteem keeps going up and down... I lose my drive and then pick myself up and try to hyper focus to keep going. I’m overweight and that doesn’t help... I feel like I need more focus and to be happy with myself.

I had surgeries to remove my ovary and now the other one is in bad situation and i am not sure if it will survive/i am young but i feel i need the other one to be removed even if it is healthy i cant go through the same situation again/in the same time i was going through my divorce from a guy i love but took advantage of me and my money so my family forced me to get divorce/now i cant forget my ex and he tries with me/my doctor approached me while i was married till now he is married/

I feel like this world is not real. I Feel numb, emotionless , detached from this world like the things that are happening are planned out like a movie

I'm suffering from a mania of nail biting since from 10 years old, my 10 finger nails are completely damazed and nearby area's skin are also damazed, i dont find any solution for this problem , dont know how to protect my finger nail , its effecting my studies and i cant show my hand in around people , plz give me best solution of counselling to completely give up this bad habit
