I guess I'm suffering from depression I took online test of depression and it shows it is severe depression. My mind is always full of thoughts and I'm unable to sleep at night. I don't feel like talking to people and sharing problems to them. I'm no more interested in any activities. I feel like I'm worthless.

Its depression. Tell me one thing dear. I understand that you dont feel like doing anything. But at the same time you dont like to stay in ur present situation. Both the things are contradicting. If u want to come out of the phase you have to do something. And among that something, First and foremost is please visit a clinical psychologist without giving it a second thought. Don't think whether the person can help you or not or nobody can help you etc. Just go to a clinical psychologist and seek some sessions. After few sessions analyse whether its been helpful for you or not.
Next Steps
consult a registered clinical psychologist. you must go to genuine people to get genuine help.
