I am taking ventab Dxt 50 mg1 tab daily since last 2 years for depression and anxiety. If I want to reduce the potency or if I want to take it every alternate day can I do that?

I feel like I can't concentrate when I am doing my homework or studying. I am no longer interested in studying and just want to skip school. I feel like no one likes me in school, and no one cares about me. I feel invisible. I feel needy and spoilt when I write this. I want to get help, but then because of my situation, I can't tell anyone. What is wrong with me?

My mother is 73 yrs old and she is a diabetic patient before two month her suger level become 440 was on insulin now suger level is under control 160-170 , on glicid m2 tablet.she became weak.now she is doing nothing means not even daily activities,everytime lies on bed no problem in walking or any weakness.not talking to anybody. in normal condition she had some delusive behaviours but not so problematic.she had doubts about her husband that he is having relationship with neighbour woman .

Lately I have noticed that from being very happy I can easily go to the complete opposite in literally minutes. Most of the time it happens when I am alone and start to think about everything. Basically I can drag myself down to the 'very bottom' even if nothing significant happened that could cause it.

I saw a phychiatrist that prescribed me 60 pills of 2mg of xanax and subutex because he said the subutex would make it so i wouldnt get addicted to the xanax. After a few months i told him that i felt empty inside and had suicidle thoguhts and he told me that he would give me more xanax and that will help. So he prescribed me 80 pills 2mg plus subutex. Hello, first of all I want to mention that I’ve abused Xanax with doses over 15 mg at once. I’m also taking 50 mg Zoloft daily for social anxiety. Sometimes I wake up from my sleep and feel really confused. I have trouble remembering how I got to my bed and feel like the dreams I’ve had are real. After this happens I always get a panic attack and get scared by minor things. It feels like I’m a paranoid schizophrenic? Please note that all of this happens during the night. 19 years male

I am suffering from stress as I have someone​ incoming Interviews for MBA education.I have fixed it in my mind that I have to go for MBA and have taken unnecessary stress. Also, I am suffering from sinus for which medication is on. In last few weeks, I am suffering from sleep problem. A psychiatrist prescribed me fulnite 2 mg and stilnoct 6.25 mg. From last 2 days, I have left fulnite and taking only stilnoct. These medicines cause a little heaviness and some stomach problems I guess..Can I reduce the dose of stilnoct and take half a tablet for few days and then gradually leave it completely? Please answer it.. I have no previous history related to sleep problem..It has occured for first time.
