About ocd and adhd
I am 37 year old and unable to concentrate on anywork, I am afraid of heights, and since school days I have lost focus and find it hard to remember or recall anything I study, I keep forgetting things, and have to check for things again and again, like if I switched off light, gas, if I kept keys, mobile, my friend thinks I have symptoms of adhd and ocd.. also I have restless leg syndrome

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. All your symptoms are related to anxiety. You must be thinking too much about some bothering issues  always. In that process, your mind is locked or focused on one particular thought, so you tend to ignore other things around you.
