Feeling afraid of all these things happening to you is only a reflection of your inability to cope in a disempowered state of mind. Fear pf something that may happen puts us in a stress state, feeling threatened and unsafe in this present moment. This results in us feeling out of control, and as if we can’t help ourselves. These thoughts maybe triggered by certain events and past experiences where you may not have been able to help yourself or someone close to you. However there could be other reasons as well, for which you can seek a therapy session to explore into. Take cues from your thoughts: eg. if you are afraid about health, take it as a cue to indulge in a health habit. If you are afraid losing ( losing what?) and comment with that part of your life.
Next Steps
You can seek a therapy session to explore the root cause that’s causing disturbance, and explore the remedies through that.
