Hello. This actually isn't for me, but my boyfriend. He is depressed and has been for as long as I've known him. We've been together for over three years. He doesn't like to talk to me about it and can't tell me what triggers him, but when he's triggered he will go hours not talking to me when I'm in the same room; putting his hands over his face, looking away, pretending to be asleep, anything to not talk to me. I just want to help him get through this. What can I do to ease the pain?
