Hi Ive been emotionally abused by my husband of 4 years. I have 1.5yr old baby so I cant go for divorce. Please help me how to overcome this.

I am only sleeping 6 hours in night due to busy schedule so please tell me is it okay to sleep 6 hours and How many hours one should sleep to be healthy...Thank you

Feeling suicidal and want an escape, feeling constant hopelessness and i am depressed.

I feel numb,hopeless and many more. I cry without any reason. I just want to know whats wrong.

I am getting headache when I am frustrated.later I am feeling sad and over reacting for that. I am getting frustrated for small issues. Please help me to find out the problem.

I ask so depressed about what happened before 2 years I was supposed to be engaged to my cousin I knew this for a year and I waited patiently to see him everything was going good I saw him in his cousin wedding I took immediate liking of him without knowing anything about him which is just stupid I was over the sky without knowing my fate after two days of meeting him I was hit with life changing news I'm not getting engaged nor married to him even it jus kills me till now dunno what to do

Hello madam/sir my sister is facing a problem which is ,she is feeling something around her and hearing some warning,scolding voices near her ear when no one is around her.she is imagining someone face staring at her (in pity manner) suddenly and again the face getting dissappeared after few seconds.This type of things were happening mostly when she is alone.when she tries to divert herself by using phone, she hears some voices whispering near her ear.

Iam scared of my own nature .., no one likes my nature . Can you help me iam I right or wrong. I spoke lie to my boyfriend because I was scared that he might scold me or judge me. He doesn't like the person who speak lie.My mom, brother says that iam responsible for the others fight. I don't know what is my nature ... please someone help me.

I have a anexity disorder. Take long term medications. Initaly I used so many medicines like Prodep, pettil0.5,recita forte then my GP changes to Zyven od 50 and clonafit bata.. I have been diagnosis about 4 year now my doctor Gradually stoped Zyven od 50 and only taken clonafit beta.... But now I have a sleep problem.Sometime breathing problems, can't walk due to lose of balance guess.Only 4 to 5 hour of sleep at night..Also I have high bp last taken 150/80..but doc says it's Ok what to do

I couldn’t connect myself with my surrounding . There is foggy head. Earlier whole head used to feel empty now it has reduced to forehead. I find myself couldn’t be able to think forward
