I am living alone for some month or year and so I have many fears in my mind . Like fear about aloneness music tv etc My chest get tight but my Doctor says I am normal I am always worrying and mentally not strong . How to be normal life.?

Concentrate problem musterbance too much I can't stop change of mood can,t control thought

I’m struggling to find positive thoughts at the moment, and only think negatively at school, home, when exercising etc. and how I don’t necessarily want to be around...is there a way to solve this without services’ help? How should I look at the situation and deal with it (I’m very independent)?

Actually my problem is I always have fear of having heart attack lungs problem like big diseases running in my mind. Symptoms - chest tightness, breathing heaviness , tiredness from 2-3 months. All of these symptoms are not regular it occurs sometimes. I have done blood sugar thyroid test but all are normal.. Pleasehelp me to overcome from the fear of these. Cz whatever symptoms I read same start happening to me from next day and I become more anxious.

I cant controlling my thoughts from few days and getting irritate with little little things, usually i always share daily things with my mom and i have good friends who makes me happy and care for me but therefor inside im sad somehow

He is my brother Subhadeep, was good but after doing engineering , there after he has got bad . He has medical of doctor MD. PHOKAN and GMC Guwahati treatment... Sir, can you tell me what medical he should take, for cure.. He is now taken under treatment of doctor and taken medicine of two kinds named 1.  Azcio 2. . I can't remember it was bipolar disorder . Please can you tell me what treatment should we do..

My father is 70 years old and having sleeping problems. He is very active these days and doesn't sleep much which makes him restless, over talkative and anxious. We give chlorpromazine 100mg, Calmpose 5mg, Tegrital 200 and phenergan 25mg as prescribed by a doctor 25 years ago. Lack of sleep is what causing all the problems. Please suggest good medicine for him to sleep well.
