My wife is obsessed about keeping things always clean and also she cries manier times when she is not able to keep things clean remaining untouched.

She lost her memory for 10 min after crying alot. She refused to remember anyone. After few minutes she started being normal. Why did this happen?

I'm terrible with overthinking and insecurity, especially when it's regarding a significant other. I've been trying to get to the root of the problem so I can stop this from happening. Here's what I came up with so far: I often find myself daydreaming / fantasizing about the future or even creating my own fantasy story with a better version of myself as the main character, and I started to wonder if this might be contributing to my insecurity and overthinking. I'd love to hear what you think.
