I have always stress , I feel that I must punish someone who hurted me before ,

This is na een I'm feeling so much difficult to speak with others and feeling energy less. I am always in very in active mood I already used fluvoxamine tablet 200 mgper day for a period of 2 years

I talk myself when I am alone, feeling the presence of another person. But when someone enters my room I stop talking automatically. Please help me to solve this problem.

Im diagnosed with depression and anxiety and have been taking medication (40ml of fluoxitine) for a while but sometimes things that are worse happen. I get episodes that last a few hours where I see things, like scary things- most recently I saw a white hand grabbing the stairs but it disappeared, and I'm sure I saw it. I also feel like people are watching me and I always get this sense that bad things are going to happen and my parents will die. I also have bad dissociation problems.

Sometimes my heart rate is 55-60bpm , could any one help me why my heart rate is low . I am taking esticalprolam medication.
