What is the way to pick patients to hospital , who more mentally personal disorder ? how to approach them to come psychiatric hospital like these peoples because very complicated those peoples. if disorder peoples wont come hospital we can treatment as per his partner feedback (like he or she one closed him know everything his problems)

I popped quarter of a LSD tab and 2-3 days after that I started feeling really energetic and felt like I could do anything like I have divine powers or something similar to a manic episode of bipolar disorder. This lasted for about 3 months and then started wearing down. Now though I'm really depressed from about a month.Do I have bipolar disorder?
