My mind is unable to handle anything...As it knows nothing how to work act...Please help me and look

I am unable to concentrate in studies ,when my mind shows me a particular object my entire focus goes there and I'm unable to focus on book , bringing back the focus to my studies cause headache and eye pain struggling with this problem for past 3 years,any solution doctor ??

I am 20 years old turning 21. I live with my stepfather and controlling mother, I want to get a job but they wont let me unless it doesnt relate to my degree. Now I'm studying for licensure exams to finally get my license but I cant focus because they violate my privacy. It started when my mom would snoop around my phone and find my private messages between me and my boyfriend. Now I am not allowed to access the internet, I am not allowed to close the door to my room. Im suffocating please help.

Baby 13 months keeps grabbing my face but when I say no, stop please (in form voice) he gets upset (screams with high pitched squeals) and tries to grab it again... and again... and if I manage to get him to play with something else he then still tries to grab my face in 5 minutes. I really don’t understand what can I do to stop this behaviour and also I don’t understand why does he get so upset and emotional when I ask him to stop (I say no, stop! For other things and he is ok with it)

I was worked in a corporate hospital as a nurse for 11months but they refuse to issue my certificate due the completion of 1month more for 1year and now im getting afraid to face the public due to feat and lack of confidence then im getting more emotional intolerance

Hi, I was diagnosed with depression, and I have a medical certificate for that, however, meds are expensive here. I was researching online and found that desipramine might do the trick. Is it possible?

I cannot sleep at night as I have the illusion that someone is near me or someone is there who don't want me to sleep peacefully.
