Dear sir i have take the medicine last 10 years mentaly disordered and depression,, medicine is that( lamotrigine and citalopram)
but i have a problem which is avoiding from any thing working delay, feelings is not good, if any body talk i think he/she point to me

Your medications suggests that you are having some type of mood disorder. But I think these medications are not working properly. There are other medications which can be useful for you in case of non or less response with your current medications.
Next Steps
Since it is for last 10 years and not much improvement , one have to rethink about your basic diagnosis and treatment strategies. you can have second opinion with another Psychiatrist.
