My mother has problem of headache. When headache start her eyes become ful read and she feels sleepy and some times she talk like uncunscious type . At that time she will not take any foods .

I was diagnosed initially with depression and started taking fluoxetine 10mg. Within a week or so I had a HypoManiac episode. From, what I understand, SSRIs take 6 weeks to start becoming effective but how come it caused HypoMania within a week and too on a very low dose. Does that indicate that my serotonin levels are fine or it might be something else.?
