Mind under pressure...And my time is wasting as I m unable to do anything...My grasping efficiency is low...How to cure this problem...Any doctor

Mind under pressure as pressure won't let me do anything...Confidence has lost ...Please help...What to do

I'm having depression feom last 5 years but I started treatment 3 years back, is it possible to get my previous identity back and can all these symptoms completely go away. I have heard that if the treatment is done sooner only then it can be cured completely

I have a slight doubt that i might have adhd, because of the symptoms, but i dont know which doctor to consult.

I'm taking meds feom 5 years but from last 2 years I have this symptom that when I try to learn something new, keeping in mind what are going to be it's benifits for me in the future, I start sweating and it becomes hard to learn. Eg. while studying when I think that I want to do something in my life by studying as much as possible and cracking entrance exam, I just feel like I can't do it, just after trying to study for 5 mins as sweating starts and again the cycle that how can this be reduced. I'm taking nexito, venlafaxine,petril. Help me. Psychologists are useless in this as I have tried many. They are trying to change my thought for future but I have this dream of getting good job etc. Can this thing ever go away, I feel like my depression has done this and I have to live with this. This is frustrating for me.

I've not been able to sleep properly since I stopped using tobacco. It has been going on for last 5 days and it's affecting my day time performance.

My two year 3 month old son always whine for his mother. It stops his mother to do regular work at home. He always try to hang into her lap or try to be with her always. Even I can't even control the behaviour. Tried a lot. Is it normal at this age or indication of any latent issue? Pls clarify.
