Whenever unwanted thoughts came into my mind , I cried badly, difficulty to sleep in night, and very next day severe headache and such headache continue to be 3-4 days , heaviness in eyes and sometimes blur , 24*7 something moving around into my head and too much. I feel like kill myself and finish up the things once for all

Anxiety, feeling scare to live alone, unwanted thoughts , shivering in hands and difficult in concentrate in studies it's like a burden now, difficulty in sleeping , whenever I ride Scooty or a car it's like nobody is around me , I am alone on road, difficulty in sleep,

Impulsive aggression along with tachycardia, irritated mind, lack of patience, aggressive on small matters, too much day time sleep, anxious.

Anxiety, depression, insecurity, confidence, self esteem issues. Have been having major trust issues with my boyfriend, leading to a very unhealthy relationship on the verge of breaking now. As much as i am worried about saving the relationship, I am also worried about my mental health.

My mind is so weak...It is under pressure...Please help me out how to come out of this...Any medicine

Hi, im trying to find some help for my younger brother who is under depression from past 9 months its very difficult for me to take him to see any doctors, he is just 25yrs and I know he is going through lot of difficulty which im trying to fix but I cant force him that's the challenge, he has was happy go lucky person always hyper active, now he has gone completely numb don't talk much, just keeps sleeping, stays up all night, cant concentrate, keeps repeating same issue again. Please help me.
