I have been taking fluticasone and Genvoya together for 6 months. Over the past 6 months I have had numerous people that know me, tell me that I’m not the same person. I was grouchy, “hormonal”, mean. I never realized it and brushed off as they had a problem. I have also suffered from severe back and chest acne. Could you tell me the possible effects of taking these medications together for this long, and if what I described above could be related to taking these meds together.

Since the age of 16-17 I have had severe problems maintaining a normal sleep cycle. No matter what, it always shifts late into the night and early morning and my daily commitments suffer as a result. I have never looked into it in detail before because I was afraid, and still am, that I am just looking for an excuse. All forms of sleep hygiene help either just a little or not at all. Unless it is during my 'natural' sleep hours during the morning, the quality of my sleep is also poor and I do not get more than 4-5 times a day on average. I will then sometimes sleep up to 12-14 hours once a week and the cycle continues. I have tried 3mg melatonin a few years ago but I do not recall it being too effective. It is possible 3mg is too big a dosage but I'm not sure. My inability to sleep on time has caused severe personal issues for me as my family insists that I am simply lazy and do not put the effort into sleeping. I don't understand what this means. I had been advised by physchatrist to take nexito 10 mg morning and lonazep 0.5 evening. I had stopped taking these tablets after 2 months now I got fits last Saturday. Is that side effects and withdrawal symptoms of these tablets. How do I avoid side effects without taking these medicines?

My father get hyper all of sudden. Abuse like hell to someone either family member or others. Get so much angry like to kill anyone.  don't consume too much alcohol, or any other drugs, consumes only once in a month or more. He over thinks about everything. Repeat the past things all the time. When gets angery.. shivers. And keen to take any drugs. Please help.

I'm going through some problems in my marital life and I usually don't give up on things. That way I'm mentally very strong and I have solutions to deal with certain problems in my life. I easily get over some problems but this time it's hard really hard. Generally I help out my friends facing emotional issues and most times it has worked for them as well but today I'm not able to find solutions for my problems. I have tried every possible way to fix my marriage but nothing seems to work for me. And there are some suppressed thoughts that I would like to talk to some counselor online. I'm not getting the option to do it. Kindly please help, I need to talk to someone.
