Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. When you are emotionally disturbed, you mind will be clogged with lot of negativity and such behavior are normal. In such times, don't think of any major or hasty decisions and don't be decisive of about life. . Rather ask for help.
Take a counseling help to control and manage your negative thoughts first. Then you can slowly work on the other problems to overcome depression.
