I feel head ache, back pain, sometimes loss of appetite, I also feel mental sickness. I always feel like im all alone, down spirit and so stress about little things. I also dont want to go to school or somewhere. i just want to be alone.

My mother is not awaking up from coma what should we do and how much time she will take to recover from coma?

Can not comprehend well..unable to respond conversation appropriately..talk repeatedly..sometimes can not recognize..when speak to he answers incorrectly..sometimes he talks out of topics..can not sleep during the nights.. feels restless..

Hi dr, My wife is going through a condition wherin she things that some group of people are conspiring against her and don't understand what she has says. My weight has gone up to 100 kg though with these medications I was fine Took second opinion he suggested only 3 medicine however feels extremely depressed and suicidal Depakote xr 1000 Nexito forte twice Quitipin at night

I have been facing headache problem from last 7 days..i am feeling heavy head always and while moving neck i am feeling pain in my back side in neck.

Hi I want to solve three things mainly. 1. I am having issues regarding many small topics with my wife. They have became very intense. Need a proper marriage counselor. Ours is a love marriage and we both belong to different states. Cultural and mentality differences are creating many issues. I love her and I want to dol this. 2. I am aspiring for a top government exam and currently also working in government sector. I don't get enough time to study. Because of my hectic and irregular lifestyle. I want to be disciplined in my food and Lifestyle. So that I can stay healthy physically and mentally. But somehow I couldn't able to do it. The thing is I m not able to rule on my mind. My mind rules upon me. I want to correct this but don't get where to get help. A meditation center !? An ayurvedic center or Yoga ... Don't know.. confused. 3. My wife's entry in my house has caused many issues within my family. She and I love each other but things with my family is not working properly.

I have burden over my head /mind...Please help me how to reduce this burden load...Any guidance...It won't let me do any work...It makes my mind sleepy...
