Forgetful
She recently got confused while remembering birthday of her granddaughter which was 1 week ago.. she was very excited about the birthday for the complete month and i was taken aback by surprise when I saw her getting confused with the dates. On other occasions she forgets to put the things back at their original place..forgetting from where she would picked up the things..

There are many reason for this but more details about the patient things like the following. 1. Her marital status.. Divorced or widowed or still married. 2. Does this happen rampantly or just once a while. 3. Does she remain in any stress. 4. Does she have depression 5. Are there any precipitating factors of any family tension. 6. Is she happy staying where she is. All the above factors could cause disinterest depression forgetfulness etc. But having said that there are more serious issues that you may want to look into before you close this issue like. 1. Do you have a mental disorder in the family history. 2. Blood glucose level make sure she does not have diabetes 3. Hemoglobin is it correct or in order as low hemoglobin may cause mood disorders and forgetfulness 4. Lastly make sure you talk to a GP about this as well.
