What is the cause behind heart palpitation always whole day. The heart beat i felt whole body. I did not get tension and stress but it always beat too much automatically whole day. At least 1 hour 3 time to 6 times. Whom do i consult Is this severe anxiety symptoms. And i have gastric problems my gastro  doctor said you have no gastric issues. What are the reasons.. Whom do i consult to get solutions.  Please suggest? Im ready to do that.

Stage fear. I am afraid of speaking in public.. when ever I speak I start shivering very badly that I couldn't even stand. I vomit cause of the fear. Iam not able to deliver anything even if am prepared... My mind becomes blank and all I can hear is my heart beat.

Sir, I feel most of the time irritable and unhappy and cannot enjoy the social interaction and this happens most of the time of given 24 hours of a day and also I feel at sometimes in those 24 hours happy , confident and very good at social interaction , and I want this thing in whole 24 hours but this doesn't happen so I want to ask what can it be a symptom of which disease and how can it be cured without medication , tell in detail, and after eating food at night I feel very good for 2 hrs...

Hello mansi mam, I.am suffering.from depression. I am visiting Dr Debashish Konar ,psychiatrist and much feeling better than before...i want to have a visit to you also...i.really want to know myself better. My weaknesses my strenght so that i can fight any crisis..recently my ex got married..though we broken off 1 years before but all thoughts keeps on coming and i got depressed..i am on medication..maybe when she becomes mother then again i will go into depression ??? This is not the way i want to live my life mansi.mam...really plz help.me mam..
