I teach a 10 year old boy at my home who is in 6th std now, he has LEARNING DISABILITY. His exam has just started now. He gave his 1st paper yesterday. Few days back i asked him and his mother that does he take exam pressure or not and both answered me "No". I was suppose to take his class today morning but since morning itself he was having nausea, vomiting and dizziness. I wasn't aware of that but his mother still sent him to me. Upon asking she said he has got acidity but since exams are going on, please take his studies. After half and hour around he again vometted and had dizziness. I called his mother and asked her to take him home. While leaving from my place she said he always fall sick during exams. Now I don't know about the usual symptoms of his sickness when he generally falls sick during exams. I just want to ask is it because of exam anxiety or it could be a mere acidity?

Dear Doctor My mother is a metastatic breast cancer patient (metastasized to liver, bones, nodes and brain) She has been receiving treatments since the last one and a half years. Now she is been given immunotherapy. She was given tablets : mirtazapine 15 mg petril beta 10 mg escitalopram 10 mg Does these tablets have adverse effects on any organ, especially renal? Is it habit forming? Can it be stopped? Always confused if she should take these tablets or not.

This is regarding my brother. He is a software engineer and his age is 25 yrs. Sometime he feels his palm and fingers are shivering and at that time he can't even hold a spoon still. He had faced such situation 2-3 times. There is always a vibration when he stretches his palm facing downwards. He doesn't have any other health issues. Also, there is no such problem with any of the family members. What kind of issue is this? Can anyone plz suggest? Whom shall I consult for this?

I sometimes feel pinching needle like pain for seconds in fingers,toes,head,hands and other parts of the body. I feel restlessness most of the time, and i feel i am losing my self confidence.

She feels very low in the morning, hands and stomach are getting affected with this. She continuously thinks about negative thoughts which she had no control over it. She feels scared due to this and not able to concentrate on any other thing.

I took consultation online but now I am having defficulty ordering medicine these medicines are not issued without hard copy of prescription and it is not available practo online.

I am unable to motivate myself to do anything out of the my ordinary routine...like exercise, getting up early, studying, or pirsuing hobbies...

I dnt no why im so tired and fatigue how to be active and stay allert im feeling tired always and im skinny body natured

Is it safe to take Escitalopram and risperidone for long term? I have read that these drugs can cause priapism which can eventually lead to permanent impotence. Currently I am on a daily dose of 10mg and 2 mg respectively.
