Does desvenlafaxine 50mg cause skin rash (allergy), in whole body, from last few days am facing skin rash in whole body dont know why?

But she always says that she is scared of death. She keeps on crying and it has affected her professional as well as personal life big time. We all know we are gonna die one day or the other. Am suffering with several mental illness.. Recently, after eating fish, i got a sudden allergic reaction wherby my eyes and mouth swelled. i couldn't breathe properly doc recommended me zapiz 0.25 mg for encountering the breathing problem but since past few months i have been unable to sleep properly. after taking this med, i have been able to sleep quickly. But, there are moments where my breathing gets faster and my heart beats gets pumping pressure. I visited the doc, he diagnosed me with anxiety. So, i always had this feeling whereby i start to feel scared and feel like no one is around me. is this anxiety? if it is, should i consult a psychiatrist or continue with zapiz 0.25 mg? Your solution would mean alot to me Thank you
