Always seem lost except when at home
I have issue concentrating on anything. Most of the time i am lost in my own random futile thoughts. At times I find myself gazing at a thing constantly while random things keep coming in mind. Once in a week I come back in complete sense and my efficiency in work and study increases rapidly. Please suggest something to increase my concentration and keep away useless thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Hi what kind of useless thoughts are these? Is it stress related or otherwise? Since when are you having this issue? Concentration problem is main any other symptom.
