Hi, I am sorry you are going through such a tough time. At this point, without knowing your full history, I would not like to label you with any psychiatric disorder, but I can clearly see that your life is being affected. These feelings of being worried and upset about one's looks, appearances, beauty and flaws can be quite disabling. It can even lead to depression and anxiety. The solution here is a form of talking therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy, which can identify your wrong and maladaptive thoughts and ideas about yourself, about others and your ideas of beauty itself. The therapy usually involves 12 -16 sessions over a few months. Medicines might be required, based on a psychiatric assessment.
Next Steps
Talk to psychiatrist and find a psychologist/ psychiatrist competent in cognitive behavioral therapy
