Taking meds for 2 years, it helped alot but have side effects. I'm unable to taper to 15 mg, last time when I did for 8 days,I was unable to drive. I had to take 20mg for 2 months to get to functioning. Why is this happening that even 5mg difference making me completely dysfunctional and taking this long to get back to function. Is it normal?

I am in a deep mental distress. It was started 8/9 months ago after a family issue. I started feeling extreme anxiety, fear, nervousness, anticipation regarding my health. It's became more complecated now. Feeling extremely unwell in both psychically and mentally but the most disgusting is I can't fix my problems properly. Always searching and searching in dark but no clue, it's aggravate my restlessness. My mind always confined on myself. Can't think anything independently. An anticipating anxiety and an unknown fear always sorrounding me. Low confidence can't let me step ahead. A uneasiness and discomfort in head. I feel agitated and disturbed in mind. I can't judge my normal or abnormal feelings. Can't accepting or rejecting any disease condition, like can't accepting it's anxiety disorder or can't rejecting. Beside emotional distress, I am feeling variety of psychical problematic feelings. And again it's creat confusion. Can't accepting any treatment. Help me please.

Can isabgol be taken when I'm on medication (Pexep cr 25mg and clonafit 0.25. Please advise at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Mam, I am taking continuously daxid 50 mg from 6 years.1 month back, i stopped taking medicine with doctor advice. After 10-12 days of stopping the medication, i felt heaviness in mu back side of head so much and my thought process chnages i have to think what to do now every time. 3 days back i again consult a same doctor, they gives me clonezapam with daxid 50 mg my heaviness is better but still i cnt able to control my thoughts. I am feeling very strange. What can i do now? Doctor said it takes time to recover.

I'm 18 and i am always getting new symptoms like feeling of something stuck in throat, sometimes shortness of breath when I'm in crowd . Stomach Pain and sweating . I've been to various doctors including ENT Specialist , General Physician and more . All my reports are normal Everytime I go to a doctor . I searched over internet and found out that I might be having anxiety . I have a bad habit of googling my symptoms which make it worse . I am thinking to go for a CBT therapy . What should I do to make it better ? I don't wanna take anti depressants .

Is there is any treatment for anger management.? My brother will get angry for silly reasons. He won't adjust with anyone

My sister , has been facing some sort of psychiatric problem since last three to two months . Suddenly she starts smiling for no reason and next moment she becomes silent . Although she recognizes each and everything but her health is depleting . Sometimes she gets angry and start murmuring . What could be the possible reason and treatment ?
