Kidney Problems

We have 1.5 years female baby two weeks ago she was having fever around 102 then we took her to the hospital there they prescribed antibiotic TAXIM in next two days she was normal but we noticed she started to keep hand on her private part and start to cry we thought it was rashes so we applied cream but day by day she have symptoms like getting irritated while peeing and frequently urination and odour smell in urine, today we have done urine test microscopy and culture. We got microscopy results still culture report yet to receive. The micro reports state that PUS cell count is 6 to 8 is this is normal...? Or need immediate attention...? Because of this lock down we don't find any pediatrician clinics and hospitals opened now we are help less and my baby looks very much irritated please advise us

I have a mild pain in the right back side of my body and I get urine every 5-15 mins after I drink water since 1 week.and this started after I ate large half watermelon empty stomach. I am getting frequent urination after every one hour in day time. Around 10 times a day,is it normal,I have not any pain while urination and nothing.what to do. It is happening more likely within 15 days.
