Kidney Problems

Hi... My father is having a problem of prostrate. He is taking flodart plus for this. But he is having no relief. Since two three days he need to go to toilet 5 times in night. Please suggest medicine replacement.

Frequent urination from 6/7 months,And burning sensation before and after urination from 15 days.Now I m taking Antibiotics for UTI from 3 days...and Near by physician told me to take for 7 days...Still I m not getting any relief from frequent urination and burning sensation...Dear sir,can u explain my condition.. critical or moderate...I have attached urine check up profile.

He used Sobinix DS 1000mg Last 2 months but it is now not available nearby Medicine shop what should do

From last 3 days my stomach and lower back(waist) was paining(the pain was mild)... Today its not paining but now from morning i am drinking more water and urinating very less(urine is colourless....not brown)...i do not have any other urine problems Does it indicates kidney problem? Or anything else? I do not have any bad habits or any kind of addiction Please help me as i am worried What should i do?
