I have irritation and slight pain while urination so i am considering C-furo 250mg tablet and zole p ointment from an old prescription is it the right medication to take for the above symptoms?

Sir my urine test normal but my question is that can it tell about future health of kidney diesese as I am concerned about this

From few days I have burning sensation and itching in the urethra. Is this because of uti or some other reason?

My father is facing issue urinating. He has pain down near gall bladder. Even after drinking lots of water he is unable to urinate from last many hours. I go through uretroscopy surgury with stent placement in left side on 3 rd may(bcz of stone and hydronephrosis), after surgury i feel flank pain continuously in both side(left as well as right),i have ectra dilated renal pelvis in right kidney. my doctor suggedted me 7 days rest with these medicines.. loxof,zocef-cv,soliten,pcm,rantac,portrate syrup.. is it normal to feel such pain, is it resolve by itself,is extra dilated renal pelvis right kidney rrsolve by itself?

I am passing urine in protein from last one year, my recent microalbumin(spot urine) 91.66 mg/FL , and urine microalbumin and creatinine ratio is 710 mg/dl, is there any medicine for this in homeopathy or Ayurveda.
